Project Overview
As the main contractor of the prestigious Obsidier Towers in the New Administrative Capital, Omega Technical Contracting has been entrusted with transforming one of Egypt’s most prominent architectural visions into reality. Strategically located in the Tourist Towers District, overlooking both the Green River and the Northern Bin Zayed Axis, the tower stands as a symbol of modern engineering and urban sophistication. Spanning a land area of 13,500 m² with a structural height of 110 meters, Obsidier Tower represents a new benchmark in mixed-use development— housing commercial, administrative, and medical spaces across 25 floors designed by Mohamed Talaat Architects.
